    I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms and simply requested one of them to have twin beds. Despite this being a standard request, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely rude. While English is not our first language, we are able to communicate effectively. However, her attitude was incredibly dismissive and she even made discriminatory remarks regarding our English proficiency. It is unacceptable for a hospitality professional to treat guests with such arrogance and lack of respect. This experience was deeply upsetting and ruined our stay. I strongly urge the management to look into this and improve their staff's professional ethics.
